August 17, 2010 Special Meeting
A special meeting of the Collinsville
Independent School District Board of Trustees was held on Tuesday, August 17,
2010 at 6:30 p.m. in the Superintendent’s Office,
The meeting was called to order by President,
Dan Fallin.
Quorum was established with the following
members present: Dan Fallin, Jonathan
Hackett, David Hedges, Donita Byrom, Justin McDonnell and Rebecca Denton. Carrie Crane was absent at this time. Others present were Superintendent, Dwain
Milam and Bobby Parker
Invocation: The invocation was given by Donita Byrom.
Carrie Crane is now present
at 6:40 p.m.
Board Training: Bobby Parker held board
training session with the Board.
Justin McDonnell left the
meeting at 8:00 p.m.
Adjourn: A motion was made by David Hedges and
seconded by Jonathan Hackett to adjourn at 9:10 p.m. The motion carried 6-0. The meeting was adjourned at 9:10 p.m. by
President, Dan Fallin with six members present and Justin McDonnell absent. There were no objections.
