A Special Meeting of the Collinsville
Independent School District Board of Trustees was held on Tuesday, April 4,
2006 at 7:30 p.m. in the Superintendent's Office,
The meeting was called to order by
President, Grady Fails.
Quorum was established with the following
members present: Darryl Carney, Sue
Gilmer, Mindy Kerr, Johnny Lee Godsey, Ronnie Vannoy, Torrey Price and Grady
Fails. Others present were: Superintendent, Dr. King and Neal Harrison.
Executive Session: The Board entered into executive session at 7:45
p.m. for the purpose of personnel authorized by section 550.074 of the
The
Board returned to regular session at 9:00 p.m.
No action was taken at this time.
Attendance Waiver during
TAKS: A motion was made by Darryl Carney and
seconded by Johnny Lee Godsey to approve a waiver of attendance during TAKS
testing. The motion carried 7-0.
Adjourn: A motion was made by Darryl Carney and
seconded by Johnny Lee Godsey to adjourn at 9:00 p.m.. The motion carried 7-0.
The
meeting was adjourned at 9:00 p.m. by President Grady Fails with all members
present.
