A Special Meeting of the Collinsville
Independent School District Board of Trustees was held on Saturday, April 8,
2006 at 2:00 p.m. in the Superintendent's Office,
The meeting was called to order by
President, Grady Fails.
Quorum was established with the following
members present: Darryl Carney, Sue
Gilmer, Mindy Kerr, Johnny Lee Godsey, Ronnie Vannoy, Torrey Price and Grady
Fails. Others present were: Superintendent, Dr. King.
Superintendent Finalist: A motion was made by Torrey Price and
seconded by Johnny Lee Godsey to name Tim Wright as lone finalist for the
Superintendent for Collinsville ISD. The
motion carried 7-0.
Adjourn: A motion was made by Sue Gilmer and seconded
by Johnny Lee Godsey to adjourn at 2:13 p.m..
The motion carried 7-0.
The
meeting was adjourned at 2:13 p.m. by President Grady Fails with all members
present.
