A Special Meeting of the Collinsville Independent School District Board of Trustees was held on Friday, June 30, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. in the Superintendent's Office, 500 Reeves Street, Collinsville, Texas.

The meeting was called to order by Vice-President, Darryl Carney.

Quorum was established with the following members present: Darryl Carney, Donita Byrom, Larry Kittrell, and Randy Adams. Mindy Kerr, Johnny Lee Godsey and Grady Fails were absent at this time. Others present were: Superintendent, Tim Wright.

Adopt Budget for 2006-07 School Year: A motion was made by Darryl Carney and seconded by Randy Adams to adopt the budget for the 2006-07 school year as presented . The motion carried 4-0.

Adjourn: A motion was made by Randy Adams and seconded by Larry Kittrell to adjourn at 7:10 p.m.. The motion carried 4-0.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:10 p.m. by Vice-President Darryl Carney with four members present and Mindy Kerr, Johnny Lee Godsey, and Grady Fails were absent.
