A Special Meeting of the Collinsville
Independent School District Board of Trustees was held on Wednesday, March 22,
2006 at 7:00 p.m. in the Superintendent's Office,
The meeting was called to order by
President, Grady Fails.
Quorum was established with the following
members present: Darryl Carney, Sue
Gilmer, Mindy Kerr, Johnny Lee Godsey, Ronnie Vannoy, Torrey Price and Grady
Fails. Others present were: Superintendent, Dr. King and Rick Bankston.
Executive Session: The Board entered into executive session at 7:01
p.m. for the purpose of personnel authorized by section 550.074 of the
The
Board held a workshop to consider Superintendent selection process and a
proposed slate of candidates. The Board
returned to regular session at 8:41 p.m.
No action was taken at this time.
Adjourn: A motion was made by Johnny Lee Godsey and
seconded by Ronnie Vannoy to adjourn at 8:44 p.m.. The motion carried 7-0.
The
meeting was adjourned at 8:44 p.m. by President Grady Fails with all members
present.
