Notice is hereby given that a Special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Collinsville

Independent School District will be held on the 9th day of June 2008 at 7:00 p.m. in the Primary School Library, 502 Reeves St. Collinsville, Texas, at which time the following subjects will be discussed:

1. Call to Order

2. Establish Quorum

3. School Board Team of Eight Training

4. Adjourn

Executive Session as authorized by Government Code, Chapter 551,

Subchapters D and E:

If during the course of the meeting, any discussion on any item on the agenda should be held in a closed meeting, the Board will convene in such closed meeting in accordance with the Open Meetings, Act, Government Code 551-071-Consultation with Attorney. 551.074- Discussing Personnel or to hear complaints against personnel. 551.082- Considering discipline of a public school child, to deliberate a matter regarding a public school student if personally identifiable information about the student will be necessarily revealed by the deliberations, or regarding a complaint or charge against personnel. Before any such meeting is convened, the presiding officer will publicly identify the section or sections of the Act authorizing the closed meeting. All final votes, actions, or decisions will be taken in open meeting.
