Collinsville Independent School District (CISD) is not affiliated with, associated with, or responsible for the operations, activities, or actions of CAYSA, its volunteers, athletes, parents, or representatives, except as specifically related to CAYSA’s authorized use of CISD facilities.

CISD provides facility access to CAYSA as permitted by the District but does not exercise control over CAYSA’s programs, activities, volunteers, athletes, parents, or other participants.

CISD assumes no responsibility or liability for any injury, loss, damage, incident, or other occurrence arising from or related to CAYSA’s use of CISD facilities or participation in CAYSA activities. CAYSA, its volunteers, athletes, parents, and participants are responsible for their own conduct and activities while using CISD facilities.

This notice is intended to clarify that CAYSA operates independently of Collinsville ISD and that facility use does not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership by CISD.
