Please note: If you are a new user, you must create your account using the email address on file for your student’s registration. Pre-Kindergarten Eligibility and Registration

Pre-Kindergarten

Collinsville ISD offers a Pre-Kindergarten program for students who meet the eligibility requirements. Students may qualify based on criteria established by the Texas Education Agency, which may include:

  • Family income eligibility
  • Homelessness
  • Foster care status
  • Limited English proficiency
  • Military-connected status
  • Other qualifying circumstances established by state or federal guidelines

Age Requirement: Children must be 4 years old on or before September 1st of the school year for which they are enrolling.

Tuition-Based Pre-Kindergarten

Children who meet the age requirement but do not qualify for Pre-Kindergarten under the eligibility criteria listed above may be eligible to participate in Collinsville ISD's tuition-based Pre-Kindergarten program, provided space is available.
