We are so happy to have Katie Brock as our elementary school counselor! Mrs. Brock has been part of Collinsville ISD for 19 years, with 7 of those years serving as a school counselor. Before becoming a counselor, she was a classroom teacher, giving her a special understanding of the joys and challenges students experience each day.
Mrs. Brock earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Texas Woman’s University. She loves working with students and wants every child to know that she is here to help them find happiness, stay safe, and stay healthy—both at school and in their everyday lives.
One of the most important lessons Mrs. Brock hopes to share with students is that kindness matters. She believes that the most important thing a person can do is simply be kind to others.
